A’ho Namaste was built by Cat, lovingly referred to by her hubby and children as a “southern hippie chick,” and her husband, Jay, whose Kiowa heritage and grounded spirit helped shape the soul behind the brand.

Together, they created a space rooted in mindfulness, humor, resilience, creativity, and the belief that healing should feel human, not performative.

Built along the Georgia coast, A’ho Namaste blends southern grit, soulful living, emotionally intelligent humor, coffee-fueled conversations, garden dirt under fingernails, and the quiet understanding that growth rarely happens in perfect straight lines.
