These Online Purchase Terms apply to purchases made directly through www.ahonamaste.com. Please read them alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the description of the product or service you are purchasing.

Product Information and Pricing

Please review the product description before purchasing. It identifies what is included, whether the item is digital or physical, and any applicable file formats, sizes, or usage restrictions.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment is due at checkout unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Price changes do not retroactively change an order we have already accepted.

Digital Products and Delivery

Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item or frame will be shipped unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
After payment is confirmed, download access is provided through the checkout process or an email sent to the address supplied with your order.
Please enter your email address accurately and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not arrive. If you cannot access your purchase, contact hello@ahonamaste.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not email payment-card details.

Files, Printing, and Appearance

Included file formats and print sizes are specified in the individual listing. Please check that you have suitable software to open the files and access to a printer or printing service if you intend to print them.
Print quality and colors may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, and printing settings. Listing images may show frames, furniture, or other styling items that are not included in the purchase.
If a file is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Digital Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. We do not ordinarily offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after delivery.
This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
If you receive the wrong files, cannot access a purchase, encounter a defective file, or believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly. Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may provide assistance, replacement files, or a refund.
If you need to cancel before download access has been provided, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a request will arrive before automated delivery occurs.

Permitted Use

Unless the listing or an accompanying license expressly provides otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal, noncommercial use.
You may print permitted personal copies yourself or use a printing service for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the files in merchandise or other products for sale without written permission.
Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of its copyright. Please see our Terms of Use and any product-specific license for further details.

Website Design and Custom Services

Website design and other custom services are governed by the package description and any separate written agreement provided before work begins.
The agreed terms should identify the project scope, payment schedule, client responsibilities, revisions, delivery expectations, cancellation conditions, and any ongoing support.
Third-party expenses, such as domain registration, hosting subscriptions, paid applications, or licensed assets, are included only when expressly stated in the package or written agreement.
A separate written service agreement takes precedence over these general purchase terms where they conflict. The digital-download refund policy above does not determine cancellation or refund rights for custom services.

Physical Products

If a listing expressly offers a physical product for purchase directly from this website, its shipping costs, estimated processing and delivery times, and applicable return conditions will be provided in the listing, at checkout, or in the

Purchases Through Other Platforms

Purchases completed through Etsy, Amazon, Picfair, or another external platform are subject to that platform’s applicable checkout terms and the relevant seller’s purchase policies.
For an order placed through another platform, please use that platform’s order-help process so the purchase can be identified and handled correctly.

Order Errors and Availability

If we discover a material pricing error, an unavailable product, or another issue that prevents us from fulfilling an order as described, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement. If we cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
 

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when you purchase applies to that order unless a different arrangement is lawfully agreed.
