Raised in Christianity, influenced by Buddhism, Hinduism, and life's hardest questions, I eventually stopped searching for the "right" religion and started listening for the deeper connection that runs through them all.

Becoming a mother at nineteen felt like being handed the world's most important job without instructions. Looking back, I realize my daughter and I didn't just share a life. In many ways, we grew up together.
