Hello, I'm Cat V
My spiritual wellness journey has been a lifelong endeavor. When I decided to leave the corporate world in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic I decided to delve deeper into spiritual well being. Since then, I have dedicated my time to exploring and understanding what it means to be spiritually whole. On my blog, A'ho Namaste, I share my journey with others, offering insights and guidance on how to discover inner peace and contentment. I am a content creator and mindful meditation coach! Join me as I explore the depths of spiritual wellness and create a life of greater meaning and purpose. Spirituality Daily Health is my main focus.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother and a lover of life, who has experienced a spiritual journey of transformation. I married the love of my life, who is a Kiowa Native American, in 2016. We have five amazing adult children, and eight grandchildren. I was raised in a very conservative environment and attended a Southern Baptist college. Through my spiritual journey, I have come to view the world through the mantra "we are our brother's keeper", in saying that, I am a lover of all people and am very passionate when it comes to those who may be marginalized. It is my intent for A'ho Namaste to be a safe space for ALL. In my free time, I enjoy the beach, playing with my fur babies, yoga, mindful meditation and creating valuable and fun content for A'ho Namaste. My website, blog and the content I create, are my passion, and I am dedicated to helping others find their own spiritual wellness. I strive to create a safe space for all who seek it, and honor each individual's unique journey. Namaste! 🙏🏼✨
A'ho Namaste's Story
It's not difficult to access information in our fast-paced, always-online environment. It approaches you at a rapid pace.
There are always new concepts to consider for articles, blogs, status updates, and tweets.
It's not difficult to learn new things. Applying it, however, is much harder, particularly when you consider how little time we have during our busy days to pause, breathe, and simply be.
A'ho Namaste is about contemplating on straightforward wisdom and discovering fresh ways to apply it to our complicated lives, which are filled with obligations, challenges, aspirations, and relationships.
I would like for A'ho Namaste to become a premier source for happiness and serenity.
The website includes articles, advice, and viewpoints contributed by users of all ages and locations.
You'll discover articles on topics like letting go, mindfulness, spirituality, simplicity, minimalism, love, relationships, change, happiness, and more. Although Buddhism is largely responsible for its origins, this is not a religious website.
It's about concepts that make logic and, when used, significantly alter reality.
You will receive one email from A'ho Namaste every week, along with one or two blog entries, if you subscribe to our service. Alternatively, you can choose to receive one weekly summary monthly.
