Have you ever experienced the sensation of banging your head against a wall? You attempt to achieve a goal repeatedly, but you never seem to succeed. Instead of advancing and achieving your goals with grace and ease, you are struggling.
You are not alone. Unfortunately, the struggle to move from what we don't want to what we do want is a fundamental struggle for many people. Believe it or not, it is extremely common for people to fight against what they desire and actively limit their own good.
To obtain what you desire, you must be willing to stop struggling and take action. Your success depends on your ability to achieve and reach your goals.
Being authentic and in alignment with your authenticity is the simplest and most effortless way to transition from "stuck" to action. Authenticity implies that you are connected to your core and that your desires reflect your inner self and soul.
Alignment indicates that your entire being is in accordance with the objective you wish to attain. For instance, you arrive home from work one evening feeling extremely exhausted. However, tonight is your workout night. You sit on the couch and have to convince yourself to put on your workout attire and head to the gym. Alignment describes what you did to convince a portion of yourself to go to the gym when it really wanted to relax on the couch. You aligned yourself with the idea and intention of going to the gym regardless of how exhausted you felt.
To end struggle and achieve goals with success, all of your parts must collaborate for manifestation. This means that all mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies must agree on a goal. There is no room for uncertainty, limiting beliefs, or attachments. Described below is a method for conducting an authenticity check on your goals and bringing yourself into alignment with them.
First, sit quietly. Create a peaceful, nurturing environment for yourself. It must be a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Spend several minutes in quiet contemplation of your objective. Have paper and a pen available.
Step Two: Authenticity verification Ask yourself whether this is the best goal for you to achieve at this time. If the answer is affirmative, proceed to the next step. If no, ask what a more appropriate objective would be for you at this time.
By asking this question, you transition from being ruled by the needs of the mind (survival issues) to accessing the soul within. You abandon the petty desires of the ego and begin to pursue the soul's desires. As a result, your goals become more genuine and genuine.
Notate the response that you receive. If you require further clarification regarding the response, you should request it. Continue to inquire within until you feel complete.
Third Step: Alignment Once you have a well-defined and genuine objective, it is time to establish alignment. Remain in your quiet, comfortable space and request to speak with your mental body. (You will repeat step three for each individual body) Inquire as to whether your mental body is willing to be in alignment with your objective. The purpose of this question is to identify any mental body-based obstacles or limitations associated with the objective. If yes, continue to the next body: physical, spiritual, and emotional.
If the answer is no, simply initiate a dialogue with this aspect of yourself. Why are you unwilling to support this objective? What would it take for you to align with this objective?
When a part is unwilling to be in alignment with an authentic goal, fear or insecurity may be to blame. Typically, the situation is rectified by reassuring the affected party that it is safe, secure, and has nothing to fear. Simply engage the part in conversation and impart the truth.
Once you have received the consent of all the bodies, be sure to thank them for supporting the realization of this genuine objective. Affirm your alignment with this objective and your desire to achieve it.
By completing this procedure, you have established a genuine objective and brought yourself into complete alignment with it. All obstructions have been removed, allowing you to progress without difficulty. Your success will be yours.
