How To Make A Gemstone Elixer

To create a crystal elixir, place the desired gemstone in a glass jar filled with water and let it outside for at least twenty-four hours to absorb the sun and moon's life-giving energy. If you cannot soak the crystal for twenty-four hours, it is best to leave the elixir in the sun for as long as possible. Unless the moon is full, the sun charges water more rapidly.

The notion is that drinking the elixir would produce physical changes in the body as it restores our own molecular structure and aligns it more closely with the crystal's energy.

Always use purified or distilled water when creating an elixir from a gemstone. Additionally, you should only store your elixir in a glass container, as toxins from plastic might leach into it.

Other considerations include researching the crystal you intend to include in your elixir and ensuring that it is an insoluble stone. Quartz is often used in elixirs, and many individuals report experiencing an almost immediate charge after consuming one.

This can be a really rejuvenating and healing routine to incorporate into your life. Feel free to experiment, and I wish you the best of luck on your own adventure with healing crystals.
