Intro to Reiki:

Reiki is a Japanese technique that reduces stress and promotes relaxation and healing. Reiki is a simple, natural, and risk-free method that anyone can use for spiritual healing and self-improvement. The term Reiki derives from the Japanese words (Rei) for "Universal Life" and (Ki) for "energy." Reiki practitioners channel energy in a specific pattern in order to heal and restore harmony.

Reiki energy has multiple fundamental effects: it induces profound relaxation, eliminates energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and raises the body's vibrational frequency.

Reiki is a non-invasive, safe, and gentle form of hands-on healing. Reiki healers claim to rebalance "sick" individuals by channeling Ki (energy). Reiki healers differ from acupuncturists in that they do not attempt to unblock a patient's Ki; rather, they channel the Ki of the universe in order to heal the patient. Reiki is extremely popular among Modern Mystics and New Age spiritualists, who are fond of "attunements," "harmonizations," and "balances."

Understanding that Reiki will enrich your life and bring you happiness and health on all levels is essential. Reiki is the Universal life force energy that sustains all life and promotes its healing. Reiki practitioners consider it essential to live and act in a manner that fosters harmony with others.

Since Reiki literally translates to Universal Life Force Energy, it refers to the energy and not the specific techniques taught by Reiki Masters. Reiki appears to be limited by the recipient's willingness to abandon old habits and patterns, accept transformation, and accept healing. The other definition of healing used in Reiki and other related fields is the restoration of greater wholeness. With Reiki in everyone's hands, the healing of the world's ills will be accomplished much more quickly. (Please note that Reiki should never be used as a replacement for medical treatment; rather, it should be used as a complement and a means of achieving and maintaining health.)

If you are curious about Reiki, You have likely been guided on your healing journey, your journey of spiritual purpose, to many places and many experiences in the past, and you now find yourself here, in this location, as you continue to investigate the possibilities for profound healing and inner discovery. Reiki is a simple, natural, and risk-free method that anyone can use for spiritual healing and self-improvement. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommends the practice of certain simple, nearly cross-cultural ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony. Therefore, give Reiki a try, and you may be surprised by the life-enhancing effects it has.
