I'm the owner and sole content creator for A'ho Namaste, LLC based in Savannah GA USA. All blogs are original and created by me. The techniques, methods and practices shared in my blog come from decades of study, research, experiences and practice. My mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's at the age of 62 and it was a true life altering event, life is fragile. Leaving my corporate two decade career in 2020, I decided to create this website. I originally started building this website to share my learned wisdom with my grandchildren.

2015 brought me the love of my life, J Wade is a Kiowa Native American and we walk hand in hand through this spiritual journey. With love and grace, I'm here to share my experiences with you.
